The Water Cause Project mission statement “Kill your lawn” is an environmental friendly clause and cause for volunteers who care about the earth and its natural systems.
Volunteers interested in revamping lawns to fit the environmental and economic needs that today’s lawns fail to meet can make a difference by learning more about the project.
Here’s a brief overview of the Water Cause Project
The project is run by fellow volunteers who teamed up with one of the professors here at the campus. This group is partnering up with the OC Metropolitan and concerned meteorologists, who also care about the cause as well. They are looking for a small group of volunteers to help with their outreach initiative to spread the word on the issue. Volunteers are expected to pass flyers, create videos, and generally promote the project, take surveys to make the project better, etc. They are looking for bilinguals to help communicate with the spanish speaking population of homeowners too.
